Pranayama or yogic breathwork has many benefits. When pranayama is practiced on a regular basis and under the guidance of a qualified instructor, it can help strengthen the immune system; increase lung capacity; balance the endocrine and nervous systems; help regulate low and high blood pressure; and provide a deep physical and mental relaxation.
This class will begin with restorative yoga poses to open the body and end with a meditation and brief sound bath. All are welcome
